The details:
It is a newly renovated clean and bright 2 bedroom suite. It has a private entrance with a large and bright livingroom, basic kitchen, full bathroom (tub and shower), private laundry facilities, storage space, large bedrooms with great closets.
It is located near two bus stops and there is parking for two cars. There is no backyard access for tenants. There is a large side yard that could be adapted for some use if desired.
NO parties. NO smoking. NO pets. We want respectful, working tenants who are looking for a good home.

THE SUITE
Here are some pictures to show you around. First there are pictures of the suite as it looks now. Then there are some interesting pictures of the renovations that we have done to significantly improve the quality of the suite.
This is the living room. All blinds in the suite were replaced in October 2006. The laminate flooring was laid in December 2005.
This is the kitchen. The tile flooring was put down in October 2006.

This hallway leads to the washroom/laundry room and two spacious bedrooms. The tile flooring was also laid in October 2006.
Here is the BRAND NEW bathroom. All fixtures, walls, ceiling, lighting, tub and tile flooring were new and installed in October 2006.
The walls and ceiling are cedar, offering an aromatic bathing experience. The area above the tub is finished with a mold resistant drywall and paint.
The pedestal sink offers a clean and tidy look to this now-spacious bathroom.
Here are the dryer and washer hookups with ventilation to the outdoors. We will provide the washer/dryer unless you have your own.
Here is the smaller of the two rooms with a large closet.
Here is the larger of the two rooms with a large closet and a storage closet that is the whole area under the stairs to the second floor.
